Acts as project owner for individual schemes. Takes on planning and contract preparation and is the point of contact for clients in Germany. For the school in Akoupé it is the owner of the project.

Between the first enquiry and acceptance, a scheme changes hands several times. Those handovers are defined.

The enquiry reaches the holding
Every enquiry to the group arrives in Berlin first — whether it comes from Germany, Türkiye or West Africa. Here it is appraised and assigned to the responsible company.

The holding settles carrier and funds
The holding decides which company carries the scheme and which funds are committed. Only then are contracts drawn up.

The owning company signs
Ateş GmbH or ATES GROUP SARL becomes the contracting party of the client. The obligation to deliver then sits with a named company, not with the group as a whole.

The SARL delivers, partners take the trades
Delivery sits with ATES GROUP SARL. Individual trades go to vetted partner firms — with their own obligation towards the SARL, not towards the client.

Reporting back to the holding
The delivering company reports progress, use of funds and deviations to the holding. From there the information goes to shareholders and participating investors.

ATES GROUP SARL is the delivering construction company. It is the contracting party and brings in the partner firms. Ateş GmbH acts as project owner for individual schemes.
