Basis of the cooperation
Responsibility for a project rests with us: planning, the contract and control. For individual trades we bring in firms that have experience in their field.
What matters is references, capacity and the willingness to work on the scheme in question. We select on a project basis; oversight remains with the group.

How we choose
partners.
We award trades on a project basis. We examine these five points before a firm comes into consideration for a scheme.
Demonstrably completed schemes in the trade concerned — not general building experience, but the work in question.
Staff, plant and material have to be available in the period planned. A good firm at the wrong time does not help the scheme.
Registration, insurance and the evidence required for delivery in the country concerned.
Obligations are set out in writing before work starts. A firm wanting to negotiate that afterwards does not fit our set-up.
A site needs a named contact with authority to decide — not a telephone number in another country.
How to apply
Construction firms, engineering practices and suppliers can apply for trades. We review submissions on a rolling basis and come back to you as soon as a scheme matches the profile.

Send your submission to the holding in Berlin. From there we pass it to the company responsible for the trade.
