Who we are.
A holding company in Berlin. We hold participations, manage assets and deliver building projects through the companies of the group.
What we do
We hold participations and manage our own assets. On that basis we appraise schemes, decide on the use of funds and determine which company of the group carries a project.
Projects are delivered by the operating companies. For individual trades we bring in experienced partner firms.
Where we come from
For twenty years we have put capital, people and time into work that holds. It began with construction and commercial transactions in Germany and Türkiye. West Africa added a company on the ground — and the question of where decisions are actually taken.
The answer is the holding in Berlin. Not because Africa is far away, but because capital needs an address. The companies keep their task, their seat and their expertise. The decision on funds sits with us.
We have set our line on Africa because need and possibility meet there: schools, infrastructure, trade. Not as a campaign. As the work we stay with.
Why this set-up
A holding separates control from delivery. The assets and participations sit with us. Construction is carried out by companies of the group.
Decisions remain in Berlin, while delivery happens where the work is built. For individual trades we bring in partner firms.

What we
hold to.
These points are not advertising. They describe how decisions are taken in this group and where the limits lie.
Ateş Holding carries out no construction work of its own. That is not a limitation but the purpose of the set-up: whoever decides does not deliver.
We arrange capital between appraised schemes and investors we know. We do not take deposits and we do not grant loans commercially.
Partner firms take on trades, not the responsibility towards the client. That stays with the company holding the contract.
Akoupé is a building scheme with a construction period, costs and acceptance. It describes part of our work, not the whole group.
We name references, capacity and figures where they stand up to scrutiny. Anything else does more harm than good.
How decisions are taken
Every scheme follows the same route: appraisal of the basis, choice of the owning company, planning and costing, award of the trades, provision of funds, delivery and reporting. Approval is given by the management of the holding in Berlin.
What is decided in Berlin is the question of capital and of the carrier. What is decided on the ground are the professional questions of delivery. We draw that line deliberately — it keeps decisions open to review and responsibility clearly assigned.

Social projects
A department
of its own.
In this group, social projects are not an appendix to public relations but a department with its own leadership.
The social projects department is led by Seyran Ateş and Serpil Saraç and exists in the holding and in ATES GROUP SARL at the same time. It accompanies schemes where the benefit does not arise from the building alone, but from what happens with it afterwards.
For a school, that means talks with the municipality and the school administration, coordination with the responsible ministry, and the question of whether the site can actually be run after acceptance — water, power, equipment, staff. A building without operation is not a result.
